Track My Order
All orders are dispatched from our local distribution centers via our delivery partners. You will receive a shipping email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. You can use this number to track your order through Australia Post here.
We want to inform you of a recent issue with Australia Post's tracking system.
If your order is being delivered in multiple parcels, Australia Post may mark the order as "Complete" after the first parcel is delivered, even though other items are still on their way.
How to Track Your Order: To stay updated on the progress of your parcels:
1. Visit the Australia Post tracking page: Australia Post Tracking
2. Enter your tracking number, which was included in your dispatch confirmation email.
3. You will be able to see the status of each individual parcel, including estimated delivery dates.
Please be assured that all parts of your order are still on the way. We recommend checking the tracking status for individual parcels by clicking into each parcel on the Australia Post app or the parcel dropdown on the Australia Post website to stay updated on their progress.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery are items that can be sent by Australia Post’s Standard e-Parcel shipping method and do not contain any oversized items.
Once you place your order for a Standard Delivery item on our website, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us confirming your details, usually within an hour.

Where is my order?

How do I redirect my parcel to a new address?
If your delivery is a standard size, we advise you to create an account via Australia Post and redirect your parcel to a new address.
If your order is oversized, please contact our friendly Customer Service team on 1300 783 005 who will be happy to assist you!
Do I need to be home for my standard delivery?
Yes, you need to be home to accept any Standard Post items delivered by Australia Post. Your parcel cannot be left unattended. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes.
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my delivery?
If your order is not in progress at the warehouse or has not been dispatched, we can organise a refund for you. Our friendly Customer Service team can assist you with your request. Click here to Contact Us.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to appear in your nominated account.
However, if the order has been dispatched from our facility we are unable to refund you until the order has been delivered. To organise the return of an online order, please click here for more information on how to make a return.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right — don’t worry, returns are easy!
Return Conditions
Before sending anything back, please make sure:

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on quilts/duvets, mattress toppers, protectors, or pillows unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item is faulty, the above conditions don’t apply.
How to Lodge a Return
Step 1: Log in to your Account and go to My Returns.
Step 2: Select Request New Return and follow the prompts.
Step 3: We’ll email you return labels and (if needed) a Return Authorisation Number.
Step 4: Print the labels, attach them to your parcel, and drop it off at Australia Post.
Step 5: Once received, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method.

Return FAQs
How long does a refund take?
Refunds take up to 10 business days to process. We’ll notify you by email once it’s completed.
Can I exchange my order online?
At this stage, we can’t offer direct exchanges online. Instead:

Place a new order for the item you’d like.

Return the original item (include proof of purchase and a note requesting a refund).

We’ll process your refund once we receive your return.
This way, you’ll get your new item quickly, and the refund will follow shortly after.
Forgotten Password
Can’t remember your password? No worries — it happens!

Go to the login page (click the My Account icon at the top right of the website).

Select the Forgotten Password link.

We’ll send a reset link to the email address on your account. Just follow the steps in the email to create a new password.
Incorrect Email
If your email isn’t recognised when trying to log in, it may be because you haven’t set up an online account with us yet. The fix is simple — just create a new account and you’ll be ready to go.
Cancelling an Order
We work hard to get your orders out quickly. Once you click Place Order at checkout, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can’t be changed or cancelled once you’ve confirmed checkout. If you need a different size or product, please refer to our Returns process.
I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgotten Password on the login page (top right of the site under Join/Login). We’ll email you a link to reset it.
