  • Can I track my order?

    All orders are dispatched farom our local distribution centers via our delivery partners. You will receive a shipping email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. You can use this number to track your order through Australia Post here.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer a standard flat-rate (Australia-wide) of $10 and we offer free shipping for all orders over $100.

  • Do I need to be home for my delivery?

    Yes, you need to be home to accept any Standard Post items delivered by Australia Post. Your parcel cannot be left unattended. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes.

  • I've changed my mind, can I cancel or return my order?

    If your order is not in progress at the warehouse or has not been dispatched, we can organise a refund for you. Our friendly Customer Service team can assist you with your request. Click here to Contact Us

    Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to appear in your nominated account. 

    However, if the order has been dispatched from our facility we are unable to refund you until the order has been delivered. To organise the return of an online order, please click here for more information on how to make a return. 

  • Do you mail products to PO Box addresses?

    Yes we do!

  • How will I know if you have got my order?

    You will receive a confirmation email, right after you complete an order on our website.

  • Can I update my shipping address after my order is processed?

    Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we won’t be able to make any changes.
