• Giveaway runs from 19/03/2026 to 28/03/2026 at 11:59pm AEST.

• To enter, participants must visit a Spotlight store, locate Sheraton Luxury in-store, take a photo of the product, post it to Instagram (feed or Stories) tagging @Sheraton.Luxury and @SpotlightStores, and be following both @Sheraton.Luxury and @SpotlightStores at the time of entry and draw.

• Entries must be public and visible at the time of judging.

• Multiple entries permitted; each post must be unique.

• One (1) winner will be selected based on creativity.

• Prize includes one $200 Spotlight Gift Card and one Sheraton Luxury 1000TC Sheet Set in White (winner’s choice of Queen or King size, RRP $199.95–$229.95). Total prize value up to $429.95 AUD.

Welcome to Sheraton Luxury. These Terms & Conditions explain your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us. We’ve written them in clear language to make them easy to understand. They do not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 

Use of Our Website 

By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update them from time to time, so please check back regularly. 

Privacy 

We collect your personal information to process your orders and provide our services. We respect your privacy and handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit card details – payments are securely processed through third‑party providers (PCI DSS compliant). 

Ordering & Payment 

When you place an order, it is considered an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we accept your order and confirm payment. Prices include GST and are shown in Australian dollars. We accept PayPal, Zip, Afterpay, Visa and MasterCard. 

Delivery 

We deliver within Australia to your nominated address. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. We will use reasonable efforts to meet these timelines. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. 

Risk 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, risk passes to you. Please check your delivery details carefully. 

Returns & Refunds 

We want you to love your purchase. If your online purchase item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within a reasonable time of noticing the issue. For change of mind, we accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you provide proof of purchase. Return shipping is at your cost.

Coupons & Promotions 

From time to time we may offer discount codes or vouchers. These can only be used on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coupons remain valid until their stated expiry date, unless we cancel them due to misuse or fraud. 

Warranties 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Specific warranty details are provided with each product. 

Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability to repairing, replacing, or refunding the product. 

Intellectual Property 

All content on this website is owned by Simba Global Pty Ltd or our partners. You may not copy or use it without our written permission. 

Dispute Resolution 

If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Service team first. If we cannot resolve it together, disputes will be handled under the laws of Victoria, Australia. We encourage mediation before legal proceedings.
